It's the best wine they have done in the last few years. This comes from the lieux dits Au Barbi, Sauvagny and La Vase, all on blue marl soils, and it matured the compulsory six years after the harvest under a veil of yeasts, during which time the wine suffered evaporation and concentration of everything:
